Corporate world....Gamble!!!!!!!!!! Aware of it .

Cooperative world & Corporate-tive world…….big gamble!!!!!!!!!!


When a child open his eyes in this new world, he enters a cooperative world. Everyone is friendly and life seems to be smooth.
 As he starts journey of his intellect he enters a complete different world. The world which is full of “C”s (don try to guess Much  ).

C= Competitive, C= Cunning,  C=Crual,……………………………, C= Corporate. Since childhood we are tuned for all these “C”s. And once the Scholastics
 completes and comes the Corporate World. People say in Corporate world everything is Business. They talk to you when its necessary,
 all the relations are weighted monitory terms and when the work is over they separates. This cycle goes on……


Corporate world is too muddy, Everyone is in Mud; Yet trying to pull other behind him. The Great economic RAT Race.
 For them work said is work done. Here Everyone is evaluated on basis of Numbers (to be precise Fresh Number not the last Quarter).
 So the best employee changes every Quarter!!! They say fortune favors the brave i.e. who is the best killer or How good are you in pulling someone behind…….

If all this is true (though it’s true) about Corporate world then where are those big HR policies and Corporate ethics ??
What is cooperative learning in corporate world ??
